Bonds

We provide Bonds and Guarantees to contractors in support of their undertakings. The Employer/Beneficiary is assured against loss up to a specified amount resulting from the failure of the Contractor to carry out the prescribed obligation or commitment under the contract. The following bonds are available on offer to the prospective clients by the company; Bid or Tender Bonds, Performance Bonds & Advanced Payment Bonds. Customs Bonds for importers/exporters, custom house agents, shipping / logistics companies and operators of Bonded warehouses are also issued by Provident to guarantee duties on goods due Ghana Revenue Authority.
