For motor claims, here are the steps to follow: Report the incident to the police. Contact Provident Insurance and complete the specific claim form. Do not try to settle or negotiate, admit, or reject any claim without our approval. Send all relevant documents regarding the loss. Forward any claims, legal notices, or letters from third parties to us without responding.
Who Can File A Claim
Who can make a claim? The insured (policy holder) Third parties whose property was damaged by our insured vehicle Injured victims Administrators of a deceased estate Parents/guardians in the case of minors Timeframe to make a claim: Injury/death: Up to three years from the accident date. Damage: Up to six years from the accident date.
Non Motor Claims
Our non-motor insurance covers various lines like public liability, professional indemnity, personal accident, etc. Each claim has specific procedures explained by our trained staff. In case of an incident, follow these steps: Report to the police or fire service (for fire incidents). Immediately contact Provident Insurance, complete the claim form. Protect the damaged site for Provident Insurance inspection. Do not settle or negotiate without our approval. Send relevant documents to us. Forward third-party claims to us without responding.
